Awful!!! :-(

Ok, where to start. Practically nothing works. Horrible portrait interface. What email do we use to contact developer with technical issues?
I have several files in the Document folder. They all show up in the file list, but appear to have zero bytes. Despite this, Im allowed to edit them and make hex changes, but it wont save them. I tried both save and save as, didnt work. I tried to save and email attachment and the attachment was a copy of the unchanged original.
The app is an epic fail at this point. And who do I complain to? Apparently no one, since theres no contact info anywhere.
I really really wanted this to work.
